We start in Conversation to learn about the project details, then we move on to a Design and Consultation Contract where we dial in the details of the project. Next, we create a Construction Contract which involves identifying the specifics of the construction process including an estimate, a schedule, and a contract. The last step is to Build which is where you finally get to see your project turn from an idea into reality.
